The TRLA Veterans Advocacy Teams is hosting an online presentation that will cover common legal issues that elder veterans face. Presentation will include a discussion about family law issues for veterans and active-duty personnel.

We will discuss the basics of Texas Divorce Law including what issues are resolved by a lawsuit for divorce.  We will also address basics of child support, custody, and division of property (community and separate).
