If you are denied services

If you believe TRLA was wrong in denying your application for services or that the services we provided were insufficient, you have the right to make a written complaint. Your written complaint must be submitted no more than 10 days after you received your closing letter or received referral information. You should include your name, address, and phone number; the file number that appears in your closing letter; and the reason for your complaint. If you were provided a referral only and therefore do not have a file number, please include the date you spoke with a TRLA representative, the type of case for which you are requesting assistance (example: divorce, custody, etc.), the reason you were told we were unable to assist you, and the reason for your complaint.
