The TRLA Veterans Advocacy Teams is hosting an online presentation that will cover common legal issues that elder veterans face. It includes a discussion of advanced directives and wills, and why these are important.

We will provide a brief overview of common public benefits elder veterans receive, as well as what assistance exists to pay for in-home provider care. We will briefly discuss the increasing number of scams that target elder populations, how to spot them, and what to do if you think you may have fallen victim to one.
