“The El Paso Bar Association and Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, Inc. ("TRLA") have come together to present a Seminar on how we can help and respond to a Disaster. The El Paso and Juarez communities are in mourning over the loss of lives and for those injured from the mass shooting at the Cielo Vista Wal-Mart on Saturday, August 3, 2019. We are working to assist the victims and families of those affected by this tragedy. This seminar will provide necessary information to attorneys in answering potential questions and issues confronted by victims related to their loss.”
