Please join TRLA at Café Mayapán in El Paso, Texas, on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, to file your public comment regarding BOTA and Alternative #4.

TRLA attorneys will be available to answer questions regarding each proposed design during the event. Community members will be assisted in filing their official public comments to be included in the Environmental Impact Statement.

Regardless of event attendance, all comments can be officially filed to the federal government by Friday, February 23rd, 2024, by 4:00 PM (MST) via bota.nepacomments@GSA.gov or dropped off during regular business hours at Café Mayapán, Monday to Friday 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (MST).
