This is a CLE focused on assisting survivors of domestic violence. The program is free for attorneys who volunteer to accept two pro-bono referrals from TRLA in the next 12 months. For those unable to do so, there will be a $250 registration fee.

Topics for discussion will include: Protective Orders (urban, rural, military), Privacy Rights of Victims, Trauma-Informed Advocacy, and Civil Remedies for Domestic Violence Survivors.
